Krill Oil Or Fish Oil

Which one is better Krill Oil (small shrimp-like crustacean that inhabits the cold ocean areas of the world or as we call it back home "alamang") or Fish Oil?

According to study krill oil in terms of ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorptance Capacity) values 48 times more potent than fish oil. And the astaxanthin found in krill oil provides excellent protection against ultraviolent light and UV-induced skin damage.

We all know that fish oil is still good for us. But if you want to make a choice, choose krill oil instead.
