Preserving

This is what I was doing yesterday. I harvested a lot of long beans and blanched all of them for later use. I also picked some potato tops to freeze. We are having cold nights nowadays so I need to pick what ever I can.

Ready for freezing. I hope they taste fine after a few months.


I think I will pick some bell peppers tops today. That will go with ginger chicken stew for winter and for Munggo beans too.
