Custom Magnets

Since my husband and I been together we really haven’t celebrate our birthday’s with a party. We are saving all the parties for our kids. Plus we don’t have that much friends to invite if we have a party for ourselves. And we both agree that on our 40th (I know we are almost there) we are going to have a party and invite everyone that we know. By the way we have almost the same birthday, only a day apart and the same year too. And we got married right after our birthdays. So, we can have all three events in one party. How neat is that?

Our custom party invitations will say “come join us in celebration of our 40th birthday and 11 years of marital bliss”, we will take no for an answer (laugh). We will add our picture when we turn 40 and a wedding picture printed on the cards. And each guest will take home save the date magnets as a reminder that you save the date just to come to our party.

If you need anything printed check this VistaPrint. They have a wide selection of printing services including: business cards, checks, announcement and they also do rubber stamps and car magnets. You can have it done with your custom logo or VistaPrint own design. Either way you get the quality you deserve.

Birthdays

There will be a birthday party every month from May to September in our household. May is for DD who by the way turn 5. My youngest DS will turn 2 at the end of June. The second from the youngest is having his 4th birthday at the end of July. My DH and I will have our in the middle of August. No it's not our 40th birthday yet (2 more years). And my oldest son will turn 17 in the middle of September. Then all the way to December is our Junior. His kinda at the very end. We always planned to have his birthday on our birthday but we think he will feel bad doing it to him. Maybe when he's old enough and have better understanding on what we are trying to do, then maybe we can recommend it to him.

Ok, who wants to join us for this parties?

Identity Protection

Both my husband and I are fed up with all this credit score crap. And guess what, if we don't have this social security system (who by the way is own by another corporation in America that has nothing to do with our government and collecting money from hard working Americans) no one can steal our identity and use it to scam business to begin with. If I can't buy something I don't need companies lending me money because I have a credit score. What happen to "companies lend you money because they know you personally and they know you can pay it back. I would like it to be in personal basis. And I definitely like paying high interest rate so that I can buy luxury things. Paying a complicated surgery to save your life is worth it, but no. My husband and I stop using credit as soon as we figure out that we don't really need them, all we need is a stable job to support ourselve.

And for those of you who wanted to protect your identity check lifelock online. You probably seen a few commercial on TV about this. This is what I am saying, the credit reporting agencies are supposed to protect our identity. So, how in the world other people can get a hold of our social security? Because they are not doing their job, I will not be surprised if they are selling our identity for money. And why are they saying bad things with the competition like Lifelock? I will tell you why...because that means it's less money for them. And that my friends are my opinion.

Lost A Friend (part 2)

First part here...
My shoulders drop and asked him what was wrong. I thought he found something online about me that he didn't like. It took a few second before he answer me and his tears start coming out. I don't know what he found out, so I asked him again and then he told me it was his friend for over 25 years had pass away just last night.

My DH will flying over this weekend to attend the funeral. Sad, he has young children and he's younger than us. If you read the news, he was in the accident at 9:20pm and my DH got the call before 11pm. Very sad day indeed.

Skin Care Products

I am trying so hard not to use products that are not good for my skin. That is why bought Mineral Makeup a year ago. They had such a great review I could not let it passed. I also try not to use anything with the ingredients I can't pronounce. If I don't take care of my skin now no else will. So, if you care enough about yourself like I do, use skin care that doesn't have harsh ingredients in them.

Lost A Friend

DH came home last night late. I didn't even hear his truck full in the driveway. He was off work Monday and Tuesday. Monday because it was a holiday and Tuesday because his supervisor think it would rain.

I was sleeping in my DS's bedroom awaken by my 2nd DS complaining of an ear ache. I couldn't do anything but assure him that we are going to the doctor today. I was so thankful because he was able to go back to sleep and did not wake up until morning.

Let's get back to my title here. When I was done with him, I went to my/our (hub & I) bedroom he got this look that he always give me when I've done something wrong. Mind you I was awaken not awake and this is what I saw. He was looking at something online with that expression on his face.

To be continue.....

Wimbledon Tennis Tournament Tickets

I should start making a list on the things I wanted to do before I die. Sound horrible when I used die but I can’t use age there because I’m there already, (laugh). But no, this is not the list. This is just one of the things I wanted to do.

I never had been to a Wimbledon tennis tournament in my life. Well, I saw a lot on TV but not in person. I don’t even know how the scoring goes. But I would like to watch Wimbledon in person. To see these famous players and famous people who watches this sport. It would be an interesting event. At least I know now where to get my Wimbledon tickets. And have seen the prices of these tickets? Wow! Good thing I’m not an avid fan of this sport, I can’t afford these prices.

The best time to buy these tickets are months away from the events. You can pick the best seats in the house and be with the elite people up front. But remember that with the best seat comes the high tag also. You can also purchase your tickets for any events from this site. Click the link above and see what you can find.

Sleeping Pattern Are Governs By Lights (Part 2)

This is a CRUCIAL part of health maintenance that many overlook. They are insensitive to the fact that electrical lighting is a relatively recent innovation and less than a century ago this simply was not available. This modern convenience has sabotaged the health of a large percentage of the population for not paying close attention to how to make adjustments for this modern-day convenience.

Organisms evolved to adjust themselves to predictable patterns of light and darkness, in a physiological cycle known as the circadian rhythm. Once artificial light effectively varied the length of a day, the average night's sleep decreased from around nine consistent hours to roughly seven, varying from one night to the next.

The irregularity prevents circadian rhythms from adjusting to a pattern, and creates a state of permanent "jet lag."

So while electricity and efficient lighting have clearly provided major benefits to society, these benefits come with a price -- the betrayal of your inner clock.

We are finally having some nice weather. I know Spring is not yet over but I can feel we are getting into the feeling of summer. I can't wait, no more colds, cough and fever. No more vomit to clean up...ugh, I hate those days.

Let there be a summer...soon!

ENGOBI Energy Go Bites

I don’t know what is it with munchies while catching some sun and weaves at the beach? Every time we go to the beach I had to have some kind of chips. It doesn’t matter if its potatoes, corns, prawns or calamari flavor. I like munching on those while at the beach.

How Safe Are Green Cleaning Products

A growing number of Americans are seeking so-called green cleaners -- products made with natural, nontoxic, and biodegradable ingredients. Sales of natural cleaning products totaled $105 million in the last year.

Some of these cleaners promise that they contain natural (instead of synthetic) agents, break down quickly in the environment, or pose less of a toxic threat to humans and ecosystems. But critics caution that just because the ingredients in green cleaners are plant-based or natural doesn't necessarily mean they're safe.

Although green cleaners may purport to list all ingredients, the market is largely unregulated -- which means consumers still must be wary of what's in the bottle. Even cleaning products labeled "natural" may contain some fraction of synthetic chemicals. Or they may contain natural ingredients consumers would rather avoid, such as petroleum distillates, some of which can cause cancer. And just because a cleaning product is biodegradable and made from plant-based sources doesn't mean that it is without potential adverse effects on health.

Plant-based ingredients included in some green cleaners include limonene (a citrus-based oil), pine oil, and the foaming agent coconut diethanolamide -- all of which can cause allergic dermatitis. And a recent study of natural and nontoxic consumer products found the suspected cancer-causing chemical 1,4-dioxane in roughly half of 100 tested products -- including several dishwashing liquids with words such as "Earth friendly" and "eco" in their brand names.

Consumer advocates have pressed for stricter labeling rules, but the industry has resisted, arguing that long lists of ingredients would create a distraction on product labels, drawing attention away from important safety information

Sleeping Patterns Are Governed by Lights

Your biological clock is not the only thing that reminds you to shut eye every 24 hours; a new study has found that it's actually light that governs your sleeping patterns. Your eyes use light to reset your biological clock through a mechanism that is separate from your ability to see.

Researchers genetically modified laboratory mice so that a particular set of retinal ganglion cells -- the ones that receive input from the rods ans ones of the eyes and send information to your brain -- no longer functioned. The mice were still able to use light to see normally, but had great difficulty synchronizing their circadian rhythms to light or dark cycles.

The finding suggest that people who have trouble sleeping or seasonal depression may be having a malfunction that is contributing to their inability to detect light, which in turn may adversely affect their biological clocks.

It's Official

My whole family is sick with cold, cough and sore throat. Vitamin C companies will earn a lot more from us this week he he he. My DD have a light fever from all of these and missed school today. Last Friday I got a note from my 1st grader that they are having tea party in his class today and parents and siblings are invited. But we couldn't go because I don't think his teacher would appreciate if my others DC's and myself are sick and visiting her class room. I was thinking my son will be the only child with no parents there right now. I feel so bad.

Anyway, tomorrow my DD who will start kindergarten this year have an appointment in the same school for a tour. I didn't call the school yet, hoping she will feel better by tomorrow and make it there.

DH is not in the best of health today either. But he choose to go to work, knowing he will feel better once he start sweating. I'm feeling dizzy since last night and thought I just needed extra sleep but I was wrong. I am drinking a lot of water, vitamin C and MonaVie, hoping to get over this thing soon.

I'm off to open some windows and get this house air out and let all the germs fly out :)

DC's Are Sick

I'm not very fond of ever changing temperature. All of my little ones are sick with cold and cough this week. I do like spring with all the flowers and everything are growing back again but the weather is not cooperating with my DC's health.

Living in the tropic sound very nice every time they are sick. But there a so many to consider when moving to different country. Would not mind retiring in the tropic, but the is way in the future. And I can have a vegetables garden all year round. We don't need to buy any veggies or fruits. That would be the day.

Some Weird News

We all know (well my family at least) that something is going to happen about our food supply. We got a letter from Texas military wife that they were instructed to get some supplies (food and the likes) last week. And did you know that the government is having exercise for a week this week? They are moving their offices under ground. It makes us wonder what is behind all of these.

How Much Is My Blog Worth?

My blog is worth $11,855.34.
How much is your blog worth?

A week ago, I checked to see if this blog of mine is worth anything since it's a dot com. But I was wrong, it was 0 but I am surprised today that it's worth this much. I guessed I just needed to let goggle find it. My other 2 blogs triple the worth when they got a PR2 and PR3. Too bad I can't make any money off my PR3. But hey, I can't complain right, I can't have everything.

Food Crisis

Millions of people across the world facing hunger and starvation due to the current food crisis. According to experts, the crisis will continue as long as those who dominate the international grain markets remain unwilling to change their behavior. (here we go people, dominants are starting)

As food suppliers are diminishing, for instance, the government released measures to increase the use of biofuels --a policy increase food prices.

Biofuels are taking food out of the mouths of starving people and diverting them to be burned as fuel in the car engines of the world's rich consumers.

And another reason why we have shortage of food, because FDA is shutting down small businesses for the reason that they don't have the right equipment for the job they are doing. Here plays the free market rule. Who cares if Joe Smoe don't have and equipment to put lid on his jar of jelly? Why, do we lick the lid of jelly to open it? How about those coffee lids at local local coffee shops? Do they have a machine to put it on? The president of FDA wanted to decrease the population of our country from the very start. He'd approved all the things that are bad for you and get rid of all things good for human kind. Come on people, read between the lines.

Arduous-Easy

I've been re-doing the upholstery of our dining chairs. I started yesterday and so far I have 3 finished. It was hard removing the old staples out. But putting the new ones are pretty easy. My hands are red and a little achey today.

I been wanting to do this for years now. I finally got the will to do it this week since we are having company this coming Sunday for my DD birthday party. I will post the before and after photos tomorrow.

Happy 5th Birthday

Today is my one and only DD's birthday. Time flies so fast, she brought cup cakes to school to share with her classmates. And she came home with birthday hat, a card, and a balloon. She is one of the youngest in her class. Most of her classmates had their birthdays last year.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEETIE, I WISH YOU STAY THE WAY YOU ARE (loving and caring) AND DON'T GROW UP TOO FAST.

Gas Prices

Do you know why gas prices is too high? It's all about control by the government. And half of the price we are paying now goes to the national debt of our government. Very clever raising up the government debt and letting the American people pay for it. I hate the people who are running this country and the big company who are all behind this whole thing.

Did you know that we have our own oil? Yes we can dig the oil somewhere in Alaska and we can live with that oil for at least 300 years. Government saying that the environmentalist have a problem with it but the government is the one controlling the whole thing. It's all about control, they have all the money in the world to live forever. Instead of paying the national debt they are keeping it and letting the American citizen pay for it. Are they even religious people? How do they sleep at night? I guess the devil already own their soul because they don't have one.

It’s nutritious! Raw milk is unique in that it is the only significant source of a complete food in our diet that is not processed in some form before being eaten. For instance, the enzymes are all available, whereas in pasteurized milk, less than 10% remain. What this means, is that your body can more readily utilize all of the nutrition that is available in this milk. That’s good for you, and it’s great for your kids! The protein is 100% available, all 22 amino acids, including 8 that are essential. All 18 fatty acids are metabolically available. These are altered by heat in the pasteurization process. Vitamins are all 100% available, and in pasteurized milk they are significantly altered. Minerals are all 100% metabolically available. Calcium is altered by the heat of pasteurization and the loss can be as much as 50% or more.

Drinking raw milk reduces childhood asthma and allergies. Raw milk contains dozens of bacteria fighting components such as Lactoferrin, Polysaccharides, Medium-Chain Fatty Acids, Enzymes, Anitbocides, White blood cells, B-lymphocytes, Macrophages, Neutophils, T-lymphocyes, Lysosyme, Mucins, Oligosaccharides, B12 Binding Protein, Bifidus and Fibronectin. All of these components are beneficial for fighting bacteria when consumed raw but are made inactive when milk is pasteurized. In fact, pasteurization provides virtually no bacteria fighting protection.

Do your own research and read both side of the story if you want. Our ancestor live with raw milk, why can't we. Because the government is giving all the authority to the factory. I call it factory because the cow they use only produces milk when eating feeds that are full of hormone and other things that are harmful for human consumption. Do they ever let those cows out to walk around and pasture feed? I call it animal abuse, I'm not into animal abuse but keeping cows stand there and pump milk out of them is ridiculous. They need exercise too like human.
