Life Threatening Vitamin Deficiency

According to Wikipedia Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin with key role in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, and for the formation of blood. It is one of the eight B vitamins. It is normally involved in the metabolism of every cell in the body, specially affecting DNA synthesis and regulation, but also fatty acid synthesis and energy production.

If you don't have adequate B12 levels in your bloodstream, you might notice some of the following warning signs:
  1. mental fogginess
  2. problems with your memory
  3. mood swings (got this)
  4. lack of motivation (sometimes)
  5. feelings of apathy (sometimes)
  6. fatigue and lack of energy (totally)
  7. muscle weakness (sometimes)

So, according to this study I better start taking vitamin B12. My goodness I'm wasting to Actually DH have the number 4 and number 6 for as long as I known him. We better go get some vitamin B12. We use to take it when he has the tick bite. However, when he got better we stop taking it.

  2. chicken
  3. pork
  4. raw milk
  5. eggs
