Blackeyed Susans, they spread like crazy. We had a few of them when we started and now they are crowded the circle in-front of our house. To see more entrees for Mellow Yellow please follow the image above.
Love Lazy Susan's. I have those in my front yard but they haven't came out yet. Or, it could be because my husband chopped them off about a month ago. lol. Anyway, what part of PA do you live in now?
I had to hunt for Mellow Yellow on your blogs. You have alot.
Thanks lv2scpbk, I like joining meme's of some sort to get my mind off on what to post sometimes.
Ours got chopped off too last year. However it was pretty early in the season and they still came back and flowers.
Yes they are Gemma. When we bought this house all the flowers around the house are pink and red. DH had to find other color flowering plant to breakup the pattern. And they are very easy to grow.

But they are such happy, bright plants! Great to see them on a dull day!
Lovely shot!

They are pretty!
They're so cheery.
Oh, black-eyed Susans,
why are you winking at me
so coquettishly?
Thanks a49erfangirl, now just to get DH to add some mulch to it, it will look much nicer...lol.
Thanks for stopping by Joanna.
MMT, I think they want you to plant some too...want some seeds?
Beautiful flowers... great shot. These were growing with the wildflowers at the botanical gardens yesterday.
