According to Dr. Douglass that researchers has been lying to us for 50 years that exercise leads to longer life. Well, I can say that I am one of those people who hardly exercise. I used to when I was in my twenties but not anymore because I found out that people with my blood type does not really need exercise. I'm not saying that I just sit down all day, I still do things around the house that is considered exercise in my opinion.
However, he said that over doing it will not give you extra day in your life. They simply refuse to change their the report because there are plenty of businesses are benefited with the whole scheme. Do your own research and find out for yourself. The early people of this country without going in the gym, that is good enough for me. Plus eating healthy food is the key here. If you eat all the crap tat is very easy to prepare then you are more likely not to live longer anyway, do you agree?
