My Kids Are Back to Learning

Yes, we started yesterday even-though we are not supposed to start tomorrow. We are getting a head start just in case we need some un-expected off in coming days. I am pretty sure now that we are not going back to this kind of learning next year.

The home visit that from the homeroom teacher will be next Tuesday. I don't want to start a stir at our last year of cyber school, so I opt to do it. Since I have all three children in one cyber school, we will be attending all the days out now. I'll just have to make sure they take Vitamin C and silver before we go to this type of gathering. I don't want them to catch something from other kids and ruin our ahead time of learning.

I am looking to smooth school year. At least this year, I don't have to do other things. Unlike last year, I have my youngest learning how to use the bathroom/oldest getting picked from his extra curricular and the year before my 4th son going to a private school. This year, everyone are at home and no other things going on, only dentist and doctors appointment to go to.

And next year it will be much easier, one lesson plan for all of them. They can finally all go to music lesson, karate or soccer together. I can't wait!

All Done With Students Cubicles

Yes, I have finished everything last week. Thanks to my little me (DD) who kept on bothering me about it. A new printer and monitor for my new K12 student, we used Calvert for him on his kindergarten year. I will be using those old one for my kindergarten student (YDS) next year, under "home taught".

I just found out last night with K12 that they will be visiting my students here at home. Not good, I don't want them coming to my house to snoop around. I already hated it when the speech teacher comes here. This is good for me to really teach at home the traditional way. My other students will get the benefit from my older students lessons until 4th grade. After that I don't know what curriculum I will be using. More money will be use from our pockets, but that is the way it should be. We need to tighten the budget more next year. Moreover, we will have more time doing projects and outings. I know this is for the best. Less government services coming to our house and no more medical, dental, and testing for my poor students. Yes, life is good.

Two Shelves Ready

They maybe looking the same as what I posted a long time ago, but this is definitely new. My 2nd grader already read some of her book already. She is checking every books she got and trying to get ahead on reading. My little learner...

This one is for my 4th grader this year. Not much books, I think he will do a lot of hands on activities just looking at what he got. I like the science materials, there are a lot of things to learn. He will be learning about the constitution and I glance the book about it and they make me vomit. Federal Government is another name for US government...but please they are both corporation and has nothing to do with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA'S GOVERNMENT. When you say US, that also is not United States Of America. You are talking about a corporation, a business not the country. Is that CLEAR?

And no, he is not my 4th grader, he is my YDS. He still have 1 more year before he start (if I ever start teaching him) kindergarten.
