Half way (half way done) to school year already. My youngest son whom I teach with my own compilation of lesson from his older siblings is doing great. He know all the alphabet sounds and yes he can recite the alphabets.
We are doing numbers right now and he know how to write them up to 25. Reading is a piece of cake. Since he already knew all the sounds, he can read the kindergarten level books with no problem.
However, I am not looking forward to testing, which by the way coming around in April. My 5th grader and 3rd grader will be taking it this year. I hope the location is closer this year. I can't wait to move or remove them from the public school system. It would be easier if we move, I don't have to deal with too many *bullshit* with PDE. Removing them will be a little harder without a help from homeschooling organizations.
